Breakfast Popsicles Recipe

vegan diet

I’m not going to exist – as a full-time-work-outside-the-home-mom breakfast often includes me tossing a few granola bars at my youngsters while we make a mad dash for the vehicle. That’s why I try really (truly!) hard to come up with innovative, make-ahead morning meal suggestions that are not only healthy and balanced yet are points my children will really eat without grievances (because grievances require time in the morning we just don’t have). This week we tried something brand-new we now lovingly refer to as Morning meal Popsicles and if I told you my kids L-O-V-E-D them it would be an understatement.

Simply include your favourite greek yogurt, icy fruit, and also milk to a blender.

Ingredients:

low cholesterol diet

2 individual-sized greek yogurts (we use coconut)
1 cup icy fruit (we utilize strawberries)
1/ 2 to 3/4 mug milk depending on dimension of moulds (we utilize skim)

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender as well as blend up until smooth.

Pour right into popsicle moulds (the kind that makes 6 or 8 popsicles) leaving approx. 1/4 inch at leading after that put covers on top.

Freeze till frozen (typically overnight).

Tip: The simplest way to get a popsicle from the mould is to run it under hot tap water for approx. 5-10 seconds.
